City Boy Movement Removes Oyo Coordinator for Misconduct

The City Boy Movement (CBM) has officially removed Ahmed Ajibola from his position as the Oyo State Coordinator following a disciplinary process regarding serious allegations of misconduct. The removal occurred less than two months after Ajibola was issued a formal notice to respond to various allegations outlined in a petition against him.

On June 2, 2026, a notice signed by the Director-General of the City Boy Movement, Hon. Francis Oluwatosin Shoga, accused Ajibola of making abusive and derogatory remarks towards the national leadership of the movement, including the Director-General himself. The allegations also included offensive comments about the Movement’s Patron, Barr.

Seyi Tinubu, and derogatory remarks directed at President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Additional claims involved insubordination, disrespect towards authority, challenging a leader to a physical confrontation, and actions that could harm the movement's reputation.

Ajibola was instructed to submit a written defense within 48 hours, with a warning that failure to do so could lead to further disciplinary measures.
