Civic Group Backs IGP Disu, Urges Support for Reforms

A civic advocacy organization has reaffirmed its confidence in Inspector General of Police Olatunji Disu and urged Nigerians to support the ongoing police reforms. During a courtesy visit to the Nigerian Police Force headquarters in Abuja, the group's leader, Ambassador Mari Abayomi Fatil, expressed optimism regarding efforts to strengthen professionalism and accountability within the police force.

Fatil highlighted the IGP's track record and the positive impact of his tenure, particularly in improving operational efficiency and rapid crime response through the Rapid Response Squad in Lagos.
