Nigerian Civil Aviation Contact Staff Commend NCAA, Seek Training

The Contact Staff in Nigeria's civil aviation sector, represented by Chinedu Ez, commended the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for their management and public relations efforts. They seek regular training to boost morale and improve their service delivery.

Workshops were held in Port Harcourt, Kaduna, and Kano regions to enhance staff skills and relationships. The training focused on professionalism, customer service, and understanding NCAA's vision and mission.
