Continental Hotels Group Celebrates Women on IWD 2026

In celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, Continental Hotels Group is launching a series of events in its flagship properties in Abuja and Lagos aimed at empowering its female staff. The initiative emphasizes the importance of altruism and mutual support within the workplace, aligning with the theme of the year.

The events will feature expert-led talks and panel discussions covering topics such as mental health and work-life balance, with participation from female leaders within the organization and external guests sharing real-life empowerment stories. Richard Mutanda, Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing, expressed enthusiasm for celebrating the strength and resilience of women.

Additionally, the events will include team-building games, creative workshops, and health sessions led by certified trainers, promoting physical and mental well-being. Gifts for female staff will also be provided as a token of appreciation.
