Coronation Infrastructure Fund Declares ₦8.985 H1 2026 Distribution

The Coronation Infrastructure Fund (CIF), a closed-end debt fund actively managed and focused on long-term investments in specific sectors in Nigeria, has announced a semi-annual distribution of ₦8.985 per unit for the first half of 2026, covering the distribution period ended June 30, 2026.
According to the filing dated July 15, 2026, the distribution will be paid to unitholders whose names appear on the Register of Unitholders as at the close of business on July 22, 2026 — the stated qualification date. The register will close on July 23, 2026, and payment is scheduled for July 28, 2026.
The distribution is subject to deduction of appropriate withholding tax (WHT). Payment will be made electronically to unitholders who have completed the E-Mandate Form authorising the Registrar, Coronation Registrars Limited, to credit distributions directly to their bank accounts. Unitholders yet to complete the E-Mandate are directed to download the activation form from the Coronation Registrars website. The filing was signed by Aigbovbioise Aig-Imoukhuede on behalf of Coronation Asset Management Limited, which manages the fund.
