Coronation Infrastructure Fund (CNIF) has released its unaudited management accounts for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026, submitted to the market on 16 July 2026.
The fund recorded total comprehensive income of ₦791.5 million for the period. Interest income was the primary revenue driver at ₦881.8 million, comprising ₦576.8 million from infrastructure loans and ₦305.0 million from placements. Other income contributed ₦8.0 million. Operating expenses for the period stood at ₦98.3 million, with management fees accounting for the largest share at ₦74.3 million.
As at 30 June 2026, total assets were ₦9.88 billion, made up of cash and bank balances of ₦3.51 billion and financial assets measured at amortised cost — primarily infrastructure loans — of ₦6.37 billion. Total liabilities were ₦53.3 million, leaving net assets attributable to unitholders at ₦9.83 billion.
Unitholders' contribution stood at ₦8.79 billion, with retained earnings of ₦2.76 billion. The notes reflect a cumulative distribution movement of negative ₦2.52 billion, with no distribution payable to unitholders shown as at the reporting date. No fair value gains or losses on FVPL assets were recorded during the period.
