Ezekwesili Warns of Democratised Corruption in Nigeria

Former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili, highlighted the widespread nature of corruption in Nigeria, describing it as "democratised" and likening it to a cancer eating away at institutions. Speaking at the opening of Citadel School of Government, Ezekwesili urged emerging leaders to resist corruption, warning of its unchecked growth leading to systemic issues.

The initiative, in partnership with the University of Lagos Business School, aims to nurture ethical leadership and address Nigeria's leadership crisis. Pastor Tunde Bakare, the school's founder, emphasized the need to raise a new generation of leaders without greed.
