Lagos Court Delays Fred Ajudua's Bail Amidst Fraud Trial Proceedings

The Special Offences Court in Ikeja, Lagos, postponed Fred Ajudua's bail application hearing due to the pending Supreme Court matter. Ajudua, a controversial businessman facing trial for defrauding a Palestinian national, appeared in court dressed in white native attire.

His counsel cited health issues as grounds for bail. The EFCC opposed the bail motion, urging the court to await the Supreme Court's decision.

The trial will continue with cross-examination of a witness in October 2025, marking a prolonged legal battle for Ajudua.
