Court Orders Tinubu to Disclose Names in ₦6 Trillion NDDC Misappropriation

The Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered Tinubu to publish names associated with the alleged ₦6 trillion misappropriation in the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) from 2000 to 2019. The judgment, delivered by Justice Gladi Olotu, mandates the disclosure of individuals involved in the mismanagement of funds.

The lawsuit was filed by the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) to ensure transparency and accountability in the NDDC's operations. The court emphasized the importance of public interest and transparency in handling such significant financial matters.
