SERAP Threatens Contempt Suit Over ₦6 Trillion NDDC Scandal

The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) is threatening a contempt suit against Attorney General of the Federation, Lateef Fagbemi, over the alleged misappropriation of ₦6 trillion meant for implementing abandoned NDDC projects. SERAP demands the immediate enforcement of a court judgment to compel the President to publish the names of those indicted.
