Lagos Court Dismisses FHT Mega Express Lawsuit Against Parallex Bank

Muyideen of the Ikeja Judicial Division, revealed that Parallex Bank had earlier filed a suit against FHT Mega Express in the Federal High Court seeking to recover N4.5 billion. The court rejected FHT Mega Express' attempt to freeze the bank's funds and accused the company of abusing the legal process.

Parallex Bank argued that FHT Mega Express concealed its Federal High Court action while pursuing a separate case in the Lagos High Court.
