Federal High Court Dismisses AMCON's Suit Against Gener Hydrocarbon Limited

The court dismissed the suit filed by AMCON, noting that it was an abuse of court process and a violation of prior court orders.

The case involved challenges to the jurisdiction of the court raised by Nduka Obaigbena and discrepancies in AMCON's actions regarding the appointment of receivers. The court found that AMCON's actions, led by Seyi Akinwunmi and his counsel Bidemi Ademola Bello, were in breach of clear court orders.
