MAN AGM to Focus on 'Nigeria First' Policy with Dangote as Guest Speaker

The Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) is set to hold its 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Lagos from October 14-16, focusing on the "Nigeria First" policy. Aliko Dangote, CEO of Dangote Group, will be the Guest Speaker, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing locally made products to boost the economy.

MAN President, Francis Meshioye, highlighted the significance of the policy in promoting industrialization and national pride. The event aims to strengthen the industry, deepen local value chains, and shift towards a consumer-driven economy.

This policy directive seeks to enhance economic transformation by encouraging Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) to support locally sourced goods and services, aligning with the Federal Government's commitment to boosting local industries.
