Dangote Refinery Resumes Petrol Sales, Increases Price to N835/Litre

Dangote Petroleum Refinery announces the resumption of petrol sales on September 23 after a brief suspension, following a nationwide decision. The company also increases the petrol price to N835 per litre, aligning with other depot owners' pricing adjustments.

The previous price was N820 per litre before the suspension. Dangote's move sparked reactions from independent marketers' unions.

The refinery apologized for the disruption and assured customers of steady supply. Marketers are encouraged to register for the free delivery option at filling stations.

Various depot owners, including NIPCO and TSL, have also adjusted their petrol prices in response to market changes.
