The refinery clarified that it supplies petroleum products to bulk buyers and does not engage in direct retail sales to individuals. They highlighted their large-scale logistics system and safety measures, emphasizing their focus on safer and more reliable fuel distribution.

The company expressed shock at the misrepresentation and disclaimed any association with the video.
