Dangote Group Commits to Lowering Petrol Prices and Ending Fuel Queues in Nigeria

Aliko Dangote, the CEO of Dangote Group, pledges to sustain the reduction of petrol prices and eliminate fuel queues in Nigeria by maintaining competitive pricing and combating fuel smuggling. The company's refinery has lowered petrol prices despite global oil price fluctuations.

Dangote aims to export petrol to Europe, signaling a shift towards self-sufficiency in fuel production. The Nigerian Midstream Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) is set to ensure the daily delivery of 50 million liters of petrol.
