David Mark Criticizes APC's Policies for Exposing Nigerians to Hardship and Poverty

Former Senate President David Mark, now the Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), accused the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) of implementing harmful policies leading to increased hardship and poverty in Nigeria. Mark highlighted the worsening economic situation, tax burdens, insecurity, and social disruptions under the APC government.

He emphasized the need for credible alternatives to improve citizens' lives and criticized the APC's lack of effective policies. The ADC inaugurated a 50-member policy manifesto committee in Abuja, including prominent figures like former APC National Chairman John Odigie Oyegun.

Mark stressed the importance of prioritizing the people's welfare in governance and developing practical solutions to address current challenges. He called for a shift towards policies that genuinely benefit Nigerians and criticized the focus on statistics over real-life impacts.
