Deji Adeyanju's law firm has issued a warning concerning the estate of late Senator Ayogu Eze, which is embroiled in a legal dispute pending in the Federal Capital Territory High Court under Justice Chizoba Orji. Senator Eze, a former Enugu North Senator, passed away after battling an undisclosed illness in April 2024.

The estate's stakeholders, including Simoni Ventures Nig Ltd, are advised to take note of the ongoing litigation. Ayogu Eze, a chieftain of the Progress Congress (APC), had declared defeat to the People Democratic Party (PDP) in Enugu State during the 2023 elections.
