Delta Group Protests Mutu's 26-Year Reign in House of Reps, Demands Political Shift

A socio-political group, Aegi Movement, protested against Nicholas Mutu's 26-year reign as a House of Representatives member in Delta State. Led by Binaebi Keboh, the group demanded a rotation of power in Bomadi-Patani Federal Constituency, criticizing Mutu for alleged failures in legislative impact, development projects, and representation.

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori was urged to intervene for fair political accommodation and warned against fielding Mutu in future elections to avoid backlash. The movement aims to promote equitable representation and address political imbalance in the region.
