Kalu Affirms Commitment to Education at Tolu School Launch

On the occasion of the commissioning of the Tolu School Complex in Ajegunle, Lagos, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, reiterated the National Assembly's unwavering commitment to strengthening education policies across Nigeria. He described education as the foundation for sustainable national development.

The Tolu School Complex, a legacy project of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, comprises 36 schools and a stadium with 19 mini football pitches. Kalu emphasized that the complex represents new opportunities for thousands of Nigerian youths, fostering holistic education that includes both academic and extracurricular activities.

He commended Governor Sanwo-Olu for his commitment to improving educational infrastructure and creating an enabling learning environment. Kalu also praised President Bola Tinubu's agenda to revitalize education and expand access to quality learning nationwide.

He called for sustained investment in teacher development, curriculum enhancement, and technology inclusion to ensure every Nigerian child has access to quality education.
