Details Of Ladoja’s Meeting With Olubadan-In-Council Emerge

Former Governor Ladoja met with the Olubadan-in-Council at his Bodija residence in Ibadan, marking their first meeting in two months. Ladoja assured the council of his commitment to working with them if he becomes the next Olubadan.

The council unanimously ratified his candidacy. Led by Otun Balogun Oba Kola Adegbola, the council congratulated Ladoja and pledged their loyalty to him.

They discussed arrangements for the upcoming coronation, with members promising to ensure its success. Ladoja revealed that Governor Seyi Makinde and Araba Oluwo Afobaje would play crucial roles in the coronation.

The session also honored the late Olubadan Oba Owolabi Olakulehin. The meeting concluded with lunch shared among the chiefs present.
