Enugu State Launches Digital Land Transaction System

Enugu State has initiated a digital land transaction document system through the Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC) to enhance transparency and operational efficiency in land administration. This reform is part of Governor Peter Mbah's broader governance modernization agenda.

The digital system is anticipated to significantly improve the land document process, streamline payment workflows, and coordinate property verification, thereby reducing delays and inefficiencies associated with the previous manual system.
