FG Inspects Digital Land Administration System in Abuja

The Federal Government of Nigeria, represented by Minister of Housing and Urban Development Rabe Darma, inspected the Centralized Land Repository Management System (CLRM) in Abuja. This inspection is part of the preparations for the official launch of the digital platform, which aims to modernize land administration and improve service delivery in the housing sector.

The initiative is designed to deploy technology-driven solutions to transform land administration processes, enhance transparency, and improve the ease of doing business. The CLRM platform, developed by Messrs Barnksfort Technology, is expected to streamline land title processes and accelerate the issuance of certificates of occupancy, significantly improving record management and boosting government revenue generation.

Minister Darma emphasized that efficient land administration is critical to unlocking the nation’s housing economic potential. The Federal Government remains committed to embracing digital innovations to deliver faster and more transparent services to citizens.
