Adamu Warns Against Involvement in Boxing Crisis

Dr. Amo Adamu, a retired director of the National Sports Commission (NSC) and former Federal Minister of Youth and Sports, has issued a warning to stakeholders involved in the Nigeria Boxing Federation (NBF) and the Nigeria Boxing Board Control (NBBC) to desist from dragging his name into the ongoing boxing crisis.

He described the situation as a "total fabric" of falsehood and condemned the criticisms directed at the NSC. Adamu emphasized that he has never condemned the efforts of the sports ministry and called for a focus on resolving issues amicably.

He referenced Dr. Rafiu Ladipo, who has raised concerns regarding the crisis, and urged stakeholders to seek constructive solutions rather than resorting to public condemnation.
