Pastor Bisi Adewal Warns Women Against Solo Omugwo Trips

Pastor Bisi Adewal, founder of the Family Booster Ministry, has issued a warning to women regarding the risks of going abroad for extended periods to assist with grandchildren, particularly without their husbands. In a video posted on Facebook, Adewal highlighted that prolonged absences can endanger marriages and leave elderly husbands, such as a 75-year-old man, vulnerable.

He emphasized the importance of spousal presence at every stage of life, illustrating this with examples of how the roles of wives evolve from companions to caregivers as men age. Adewal advised that couples should travel together regardless of their children's situations, stating that if the house is small, they can stay in nearby hotels.

He also warned men against abusing their wives, arguing that such behavior can destroy their future and relationships. Adewal's message underscores the critical need for partnership and support within marriages, especially as couples grow older.
