LagRide Launches $100M Drive To Own Vehicle Scheme

LagRide has officially launched its $100 million Drive To Own scheme in partnership with United Bank for Africa (UBA). This initiative is designed to assist drivers in transitioning from rental arrangements to full ownership of vehicles.

The program aims to provide financial support to drivers, enabling them to acquire vehicles through a structured financing model. The formal kickoff of this operational phase was announced by LagRide's chairman, Diana Chen.

The initiative was initially unveiled in December, highlighting LagRide's commitment to empowering drivers and enhancing their economic stability through vehicle ownership.
