DSS Re-Arraigns El-Rufai Over Phone-Tapping Allegations

On Monday, the Department of State Services (DSS) re-arraigned former governor Nasir El-Rufai over allegations of phone-tapping. The proceedings began at 8:55 AM at the court premises, which were cordoned off by DSS operatives to prevent journalists and staff from entering.

Earlier that day, at around 7:00 AM, DSS operatives had picked up El-Rufai for the arraignment.
