Aiyedatiwa Urges Ondo Residents to Prioritize Security

Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has advised residents to remain vigilant and security-conscious during the Easter festivities. In a statement issued by the state Commissioner for Information, Idowu Ajanaku, on Thursday, Aiyedatiwa emphasized that the safety of lives and property is a top priority.

He assured that robust and comprehensive security measures have been implemented across the state to ensure a peaceful and hitch-free celebration. The governor noted that security agencies are strategically deployed to continuously monitor and gather intelligence to prevent any breaches of peace.

He urged residents and visitors alike to celebrate in a calm atmosphere and to promptly report any suspicious movements or activities to relevant security agencies. Aiyedatiwa also called on the people of Ondo State to continue praying for peace, unity, and progress in the state and Nigeria as a whole, while reaffirming the government's commitment to maintaining law and order during the Easter celebrations.
