APC Chair Yilwatda Calls for Unity Against Insecurity

In a message for Easter, Prof. Nentaw Yilwatda, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), emphasized the need for Nigerians to unite in the fight against insecurity.

He addressed Christians across Nigeria, encouraging individuals to adopt enduring principles of sacrifice, hope, and love for national unity. Yilwatda highlighted that Easter serves as a powerful reminder of faith, resilience, and the lessons of forgiveness and humility amidst adversity.

He expressed deep concern regarding the security challenges plaguing various regions of the country and extended sympathies to families affected by violence, banditry, and kidnapping. Yilwatda called for enhanced solidarity and collaboration among citizens and institutions to restore peace and security.

He also acknowledged ongoing initiatives by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration to address insecurity and urged continued cooperation among government tiers, security agencies, and community leaders.
