APC Publicity Secretary Linked to Kidnap and Murder Case

The Ebonyi State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed shock over the involvement of its Publicity Secretary, Sinbad Ogbuatu, in the kidnapping and subsequent death of HRH Franci Igw, the father of former Deputy Governor Dr. Kelechi Igw.

Chief Stanlei Okoro Emegha, the APC chairman in Ebonyi, conveyed his disbelief during a condolence visit to the Igw family in Ndufu Alik Ikwo Local Government Area. Emegha emphasized that the party does not tolerate evil acts, regardless of who is involved, and called for justice for the Igw family.

He noted the need for the community to support the family during this tragic time. Dr.

Johnson Aloh, the palace secretary, expressed total devastation over the incident, lamenting the state’s decline into violence and urging the community to differentiate between individual actions and the party's values.
