Ecobank Unveils Fifth Adire Lagos Experience for 2026

Ecobank Nigeria, a subsidiary of the pan-African financial services group Ecobank Group, has announced the fifth edition of the Adire Lagos Experience. This flagship cultural and creative industry showcase event is set to take place from June 11 to June 14, 2026, at the Ecobank Pan African Centre (EPAC) in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The 2026 edition's theme, "Thread Across Borders," aims to celebrate the global resonance of Adire, a unique Nigerian art form, and its significance within Africa's broader textile culture. The event will feature 100 vendors, predominantly Nigerian, with 10 percent of participants coming from outside Nigeria to offer complementary African textile expressions.

Omoboy Odu, head of SME partnership at Ecobank Nigeria, emphasized the importance of balancing cultural authenticity with pan-African inclusivity. The Adire Lagos Experience will also include indigenous cuisine, African music, cultural performances, and business engagement sessions to strengthen linkages across the creative value chain.

Registration for exhibitors will close on April 28, 2026.
