Edo Assembly Supports Governor Okpebholo's Policies

The Edo State House of Assembly, under the leadership of Speaker Bless Agbebaku, expressed unwavering support for Governor Okpebholo's policies during an Easter visit to the governor's residence in Irua, Esan Central Local Government Area. In a statement from the governor's Chief Press Secretary, Patrick Ebojel, Agbebaku reaffirmed the Assembly's commitment to ensuring that the governor fulfills his election promises to the people of Edo.

He praised the governor's notable achievements since assuming office on November 12, 2024, and emphasized the Assembly's readiness to approve every budget submitted to facilitate the implementation of the "Shine Agenda" aimed at benefiting Edo residents. Agbebaku highlighted the importance of collaboration between the executive and legislative arms of government, noting that their harmonious relationship has led to significant infrastructural development and peace in the state.
