Edo NSCDC Commandant Agun Gbenga Collapses and Dies in Benin City Tragedy

Edo State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Agun Gbenga, tragically passed away after collapsing at a public event in Benin City. The incident occurred while he was delivering a goodwill message at a program organized by the International Association of World Peace Advocates.

Eyewitnesses reported that he slumped and was rushed to a Military Hospital where he was pronounced dead. His sudden demise comes shortly after the death of the Commander of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency in Cross River State.

Agun Gbenga was described as an astute operational officer known for his humility and intelligence. His death is a significant loss to the NSCDC in Edo State and the nation as a whole.
