NSCDC Boss Vows Honors for Slain Personnel, Condemns Attack

The Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Prof Ahmed Abubakar Audi, condemned the killing of eight NSCDC personnel by suspected gunmen in Edo State. The NSCDC boss assured a befitting burial with full honors for the slain operatives, emphasizing their commitment and patriotism.

The Commandant General directed the Edo State Commandant to organize the burial and cover the medical bills of the injured officer. Despite the tragic incident, the NSCDC remains resolute in fulfilling its mandate of protecting national assets and infrastructure, urging the public to disregard embellished reports and emphasizing the welfare of its officers.
