Nigerian Youths Urged to Embrace AI Literacy for Future

Dr. Oladapo Akinloyi, an education consultant, addressed Nigerian youths at a career fair organized by Fastrack Academy, urging them to embrace artificial intelligence (AI) literacy.

He stated that AI will displace repetitive jobs and create new roles, thereby improving productivity in various sectors. Akinloyi emphasized that the current educational system is insufficient for equipping youths with the necessary skills to compete in a rapidly evolving job market.

He called for Nigerian educational institutions to prepare youths for the opportunities presented by technological advancements. Akinloyi's remarks were supported by Oghara Adebusuyi, who highlighted the importance of upskilling for relevance in society.
