EFCC Charges FCDA Staff with Property Fraud in Abuja
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arraigned two staff members of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), Folashad Oketop and Moham Kabir Usman, at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Abuja. Both defendants pleaded not guilty, and the court set bail at N10 million with conditions. The trial is scheduled to commence on October 21, 2026.
