EFCC Arrests Three Suspected Vote Buyers in Anambra Election

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arrested three individuals suspected of vote-buying in different locations in Anambra State during the governorship election. The suspects, including Emeka Ilokasia, Nwachukwu Loretta, and Emuka Chuwudi, were found in possession of materials used to induce voters.

The EFCC, in collaboration with INEC and security agencies, is actively monitoring the election to ensure compliance with electoral laws. Investigations are ongoing to uncover wider networks involved in influencing voter behavior through monetary inducements.
