Blessing CEO Re-Arraigned for N13m Cancer Fraud

On June 10, 2026, Blessing CEO was re-arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos State. The charges involve an alleged N13 million fraud connected to a cancer fundraising scheme, where she is accused of presenting falsified cancer diagnosis reports.

The re-arraignment follows multiple petitions from individuals and organizations, including the Nigeria Cancer Society, regarding her claims shared on Instagram. Blessing CEO had previously asserted that she was battling stage 4 breast cancer, but it was later discovered that the documents she presented were allegedly falsified.

This legal action comes less than 24 hours after she was arraigned in a separate case involving an alleged N69.1 million tenancy fraud.
