Sanusi II Calls for Sustaining Ramadan Virtues in Kano

During the Eid-el-Fitr prayer at Kofar Mata Eid ground in Kano, Sanusi II delivered a sermon urging Muslims to sustain the virtues learned during Ramadan. He emphasized that the essence of Ramadan extends beyond fasting, calling on the Muslim community to imbibe values such as charity, patience, and self-discipline.

Sanusi II appealed for intensified prayers for peace and coexistence in Kano State and across Nigeria, stressing the importance of unity and harmony for national development. He also highlighted the need for prayers for global peace and stability.

Additionally, he expressed optimism for a fruitful rainy season that would lead to a bumper harvest, improving farmers' livelihoods. Sanusi II charged parents and caregivers to take greater responsibility in monitoring and guiding their children, noting that proper upbringing is essential for building a morally upright and decent society.

The event was also graced by Kano State Secretary to the Government, Alhaji Umar Ibrahim, and other senior government officials.
