Jafaru Sani Joins Kaduna Governorship Race Under ADC

Jafaru Ibrahim Sani, a former commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs, and later for education during Nasir El-Rufai's administration, has announced his candidacy for the Kaduna State governorship election. He will be contesting under the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

Sani has confirmed that he has obtained his nomination form to run for the state's top position. He expressed his commitment to work collaboratively with party members to secure victory in the upcoming 2027 elections.

Other politicians seeking the ADC governorship ticket include Isah Ashiru Kudan, Professor Muhammad Sani Bello, Shuaibu Idri, and Mikati Tijjani Ahmad. Sani's declaration marks a significant step in the political landscape of Kaduna State as the election approaches.
