Emir of Ilorin Urges New Ansarul Islam Leaders to Uphold Legacy

The Emir of Ilorin and life patron of the Ansarul Islam Society of Nigeria (AISN), Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, charged the newly elected national executive council of the society to uphold the ideals and legacies of its founder, Sheikh Muhammad Kamaldeen Al-Adaby. This charge was given during a courtesy and familiarization visit by the new executives to his palace in Ilorin, Kwara State.

The emir emphasized the importance of commitment to the propagation of Islam, promotion of moral values, and selfless service to humanity, stating that these principles are the foundation of Ansarul Islam. He highlighted that unity, dedication, and exemplary leadership are essential for advancing the society's objectives.

The emir prayed for wisdom, strength, and success for the new leadership team as they manage one of Nigeria’s foremost Islamic organizations. The newly elected national president, Alhaji Sarafadeen Alabelewe, expressed gratitude to the emir for his support, guidance, and prayers.
