Governor Eno Flags Off Night Flights, Promises Unity and Development in Akwa Ibom

Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State launched night flights at the Victor Attah International Airport in Uyo, emphasizing unity and development in the state. Eno vowed to eradicate division, poverty, and treachery, urging residents to participate in the Continuous Voter Registration exercise.

He symbolically used a broom to signify sweeping away disunity and poverty. The governor expressed support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senate President Godswill Akpabio, highlighting the importance of aligning with the center for federal benefits.

Eno inspected the restored runway lighting at the airport and announced the commencement of night operations to enhance connectivity and bring more passengers to Ibom Air.
