Nigerian Youth Alliance Condemns Politicians for Neglecting Youths, Calls for Inclusive Leadership

The Nigerian Youth Alliance (NYA) expressed discontent with politicians for exploiting and abandoning young people after elections. During the inauguration of NYA chairmen in the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Abuja, Aliyu Bin Abba highlighted the marginalization of youths and women in governance.

Hajiya Ramatu Aliyu urged youths to take up leadership roles to effect change and cautioned against political violence. Chief Segun Showunmi emphasized the need for a transformational force like NYA to rescue the country from its current state.

The NYA aims to empower youths and women to become decision-makers and leaders for a better Nigeria.
