These lawyers, including prominent names like Ikechukwu Maximu Ugwuok and Chinazor Dominica Nwankwo, were appointed by the Chief Justice of Nigeria and are now authorized to execute important legal functions such as attesting affidavits, certifying documents, and ensuring the credibility of legal transactions.
