Carrick Blames Players for Manchester United's Draw at Everton

On Sunday, Manchester United manager Michael Carrick expressed disappointment following his team's 2-2 draw against Everton, attributing the result to poor decision-making by his players. The match saw United initially take the lead through Bryan Mbeumo, but Tyrique George equalized for Everton.

Benjamin Sesko's header appeared to secure a win for United until Ainsley Maitland-Niles scored from distance to level the match again. Carrick noted that while there were positive aspects to the game, including good football and solid team defense, the team made critical mistakes in the latter stages that prevented them from securing a win.

He stated, “We should’ve seen the game out really so we’re disappointed with that.” This draw means Manchester United has yet to win any away Premier League game this season.
