Kay-Steph Group Hosts Public Site Tour in Abuja

On October 23, 2026, Kay-Steph Group hosted a site tour at Lilycrest Residence in Karsana, Abuja, five months after the project's groundbreaking ceremony. The event aimed to promote transparency and allow the public and potential buyers to inspect the construction progress.

General Manager Kolawole Emmanuel Omolayo stated that the tour provided an opportunity to assess the construction work and materials used. He described Lilycrest Residence as a residential development featuring a children’s playground, clubhouse, padel court, and internal roads.

The company also has ongoing projects in Life Camp, Jahi, Guzape, and Katampe Main, along with a proposed development in Mbora. Brand Ambassador Steve Willis noted the significance of the tour for stakeholders, while COO Stephanie Tayado Omolayo highlighted the event as the company's first of its kind, aimed at directly engaging clients and the public with the project site.
