REDAN's Groundbreaking Project to Address Housing Deficit

Dr. Gbadewole Kayode, Vice President of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) for the Abuja chapter, announced the commitment of Crown Allied Global Realty to address Nigeria's housing deficit, which stands at 14.98 million. This announcement was made during the groundbreaking ceremony for "The Embassy," an estate located in Wasa District, Abuja, on Saturday.

The project will consist of 2,400 housing units designed to be energy-efficient and affordable, particularly for low-income earners, who can pay in installments over six months. Kayode stated that the development is expected to create over 3,000 jobs, contributing to the Federal Government's objective of job creation and economic growth.

The estate will feature a smart design, being 100% solar-powered, and will include commercial districts on a 20-hectare site. Crown Allied Global Realty has secured the FCDA’s Certificate of Occupancy for the land, ensuring the project's legitimacy.
