Crown Allied Launches 2,400-Unit Smart Estate in Abuja

Crown Allied Global Realty and Homes Limited has launched The Embassy, a 2,400-unit smart estate located in Wasa District, Abuja, as part of efforts to address Nigeria's housing deficit, estimated at approximately 14.98 million units. The groundbreaking ceremony for the 101-hectare development was led by Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Gbadewole Amos Kayode, who is also the Vice Chairman of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Abuja Chapter.

The estate will provide affordable housing options, including two-bedroom flats, three-bedroom terraces, four-bedroom semi-detached and fully detached houses, and five-bedroom fully detached homes. The project will operate as a 100% solar-powered estate with electric vehicle charging systems and will dedicate 20 hectares to commercial activities.

Land prices start from 7.5 million naira, and flexible payment arrangements will cater to low-income earners. The development is expected to create over 3,000 direct and indirect jobs, stimulating economic activities in the area.
