Eterna PLC Reports 52.9% Profit Growth for 2025

Eterna PLC announced its audited financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, showcasing a significant profit growth. The company's profit before tax (PBT) rose to N7.27 billion, representing a 52.9% increase from N4.48 billion in 2024.

Eterna's total revenue for the year was N302.37 billion, reflecting strong performance and improved balance sheet strength. Earnings per share (EPS) increased to N2.24, indicating enhanced value creation for shareholders.

The company's total assets rose to N92.19 billion, driven by robust inventory management. Shareholders' funds increased by N7.77 billion, reflecting improved retained earnings and a resilient balance sheet.

Olumide Adeosun, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, stated that the company remains focused on operational efficiency, sustainable asset expansion, and strengthening its market position across its fuel and lubricants business.
