Eterna PLC Reports 53% Profit Growth for 2025

Eterna PLC announced its audited financial results for the full year ending December 31, 2025, reporting a profit after tax of ₦7.27 billion, which represents a 52.9% increase from ₦4.48 billion in 2024. The company recorded total revenues of ₦302.37 billion, reflecting a strong balance sheet with total assets rising to ₦92.19 billion.

This growth was driven by an increase in inventory and shareholders' funds, which rose by ₦7.77 billion, indicating retained earnings and overall financial strength. The company’s focus on operational efficiency and cost management across its fuel, lubricants, and gas business lines contributed to this performance.

Eterna PLC's management, led by Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Olumid Adeosun, remains committed to enhancing shareholder value through retail expansion and improved product offerings. The board of directors has proposed a dividend of ₦0.50 per share for the financial year, pending approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
